Some places just get under your skin. Not because they’re flashy or overdone, but because they feel right the moment you arrive. For us, this little slice of coastline has always been that place — long before it became a campground, and long before it became something people added to their bucket lists.
We’re a family business that grew up around camping and caravanning. Weekends spent chasing the sun, sandy feet, salt-washed hair, camp chairs pulled into a loose circle as the day faded into night. Camping wasn’t just a holiday for us — it was how we connected, how we slowed down, and how we learned to appreciate the simple things. Those experiences shaped who we are, and they shape everything we do here today.
Running a nature-based campground on 70 acres of absolute beachfront is not something we ever take for granted. Every single day, we’re reminded how lucky we are. The sound of the ocean in the background, the wide open spaces, the way the light hits at golden hour — it’s special, and it deserves to be treated with respect. Our ethos is simple: protect what makes this place what it is, and share it in a way that feels authentic, accessible, and welcoming.
We believe beachfront holidays shouldn’t be reserved for the elite or the over-engineered. They should be for families pitching their first tent, couples escaping for a quiet weekend, kids experiencing their first campfire, and travellers rolling in with a basic 2WD setup and a sense of adventure. Creating a place where entry-level campers feel just as welcome as seasoned caravanners matters deeply to us. Camping, at its heart, is about connection — not perfection.
This campground isn’t about luxury in the traditional sense. It’s about space to breathe. It’s about waking up to the ocean, sharing stories with neighbours you didn’t know yesterday, and watching friendships form naturally over a shared appreciation for the outdoors. We’ve seen kids arrive shy and leave with new best mates. We’ve watched families start traditions they come back for year after year. Those are the moments that mean everything to us.
What truly makes this place special isn’t just the land — it’s the people. Every guest who has stayed with us, followed our journey, shared a photo, recommended us to a friend, or simply returned again has helped shape what this campground has become. We feel incredibly grateful to be part of so many memories. Knowing that our little corner of the coast becomes part of someone’s story — a first camping trip, a long-overdue family break, a place they’ll talk about for years — is something we never take lightly.
Our values are rooted in family, nature, and genuine hospitality. We aim to create an environment where people feel comfortable, safe, and welcome — where they can truly switch off and be present. No pressure. No rush. Just time spent outdoors, together. We believe that nature has a way of grounding people, and if we can provide the space for that to happen, then we’re doing something right.
As we continue to grow and evolve, one thing will always remain the same: our commitment to this space and the community that forms here. We’re not here to overdevelop or overcomplicate. We’re here to preserve the beauty of what already exists, and to share it with those who appreciate it as much as we do.
To everyone who has supported us, stayed with us, and followed along — thank you. Truly. We’re incredibly proud of what this place represents, and even more grateful to be able to welcome people into it. This isn’t just a campground to us. It’s a reflection of our past, our values, and the lifestyle we believe in.
And we can’t wait to keep making memories with you. 🌿🌊
